India being the agricultural country, our founders were Farmers in Ugalvan, Gujarat, India. 1900 onwards we started making handmade Iron Locks for safer village Homes at Ugalvan & surrounding villages. On 8th October 1972, under the guidance of Shree Ratilal PremjiBhai Makwana, we established ourselves in Mumbai, Maharashtra, making Metal Gates, Grills & Railings for beautifully secured Homes. On 7th January 2005, we started our journey as Real Estate Developers, providing value for money quality Homes. On 27th March 2006, we started our Design & Art Studio, providing unique design solutions for Homes, Offices, Products & Brands.
